How Does It Work?
Funeral Call's approach to answering service is very simple. You will decide how we process your calls. Below you will find how easy it is to join a partnership with Funeral Call.

How do I Forward my Phones to You?
It's very simple! You are assigned a toll free number. The toll free number is directly tied to your 4-digit account number. You simply forward your phones to the toll free number we give you and your calls are answered in your Funeral Home name with all of your information listed. Your phones can be forwarded at any time of day as much or as little as you need.

How do I Know Who Has Called?
We have a toll free check in line number that you are given at the time of sign up. You simply call the check in line, and enter your account number and Passcode. From here you are able to play, save, and erase messages. (The 800 number check in line is FREE time, no charge!) We can also fax, text message phones, and/or email your messages to you. These can be sent to you as the messages come in or they can be sent to you one time a day at any time you desire.

Will I be Contacted for Every Message that Comes In?
That is totally up to you. We can contact you for every call that we take, or we can only contact you for those important calls that can't wait. You tell us what you want, and we can provide that service to you.

How do You Know What Funeral Services are Being Held at My Facility?
That's an easy question. We have several options for you to provide this information to us. One being to most convenient for you, and that is Online Obits. (Online Obit is FREE time, no charge) Simply go to the specified web address, and log in. From here, you enter the information you want us to have in the template. As soon as you Submit the information, we have access to it. We access the information and give it out to your caller's just as you have input it. We have several other options available, call a representative today!

How do You Know Who to Contact?
We have several options here as well. We also have the On Call Director. (On Call Director is FREE time, no charge) Simply go to the specified web address, and log in. From here, you enter the on call information. You can fax, email and/or call. This can be done as far in advance as you would like, and can be changed at any given time. You are given access to our Web On Call Directory, and you simply schedule the on call personnel and we can access it immediately.
