Training Our Customer Service Representatives
Our training is very unique. Our CSR's are put through vigorous 21 day training before they will ever answer your calls. The training process is so vigorous that only 50% of individuals hired will complete it. We are committed to hiring/training as qualified individuals as you would hire.

The most important item that we coach to our CSR's is compassion, and professionalism. We also closely monitor our CSR's concern and sincerity when speaking to your families. These are the foundation on which we stand.

24/7 Availability
We are available to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We understand that you are available to your family all hours of the day and night. Our management staff is also available anytime they are needed. We work very closely with you to make sure the service we provide is the same service you would provide also.

We take our training seriously, because it comes from our clients and partners in the funeral profession. Caring for our client's families is our business.
