As you know, customer service is our top priority here at FuneralCall. Our directors put so much care and time into their communities that we love being able to take care of them for a change. That is why we have decided to grow our Client Relations Department—to better care for you!

Meet Sydney.

Sydney began her journey here at FuneralCall as one of our receptionists, but she is now our newest member of the administrative team. Your families know her well from the call studio, but now you get to meet her as well!

Sydney has a background in Marketing and Public Relations from Kennesaw State University and will officially graduate in the Spring. It’s not all work and no play. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys spending time going to concerts with her family and playing with her dog, June. She was a competitive horse rider for years, but now she enjoys training horses at a more leisurely pace and enjoying a more laid-back approach to the sport.

What does this mean for you?

Sydney will be checking in with our clients regularly to ensure they are taken care of, to the FuneralCall standards, and caring for any other client account related business. If you have any questions or concerns about your account with us, just give her a call! She is here to serve you.

When asked what she looks forward to most about her new position and how it will fit into her lifestyle, Sydney says:

“I’m excited to get to know the people behind the accounts. I love being able to help the directors better understand what goes on in the call studio as they help me to learn more about their businesses and what they need from us. It is an interesting way for both businesses to grow closer to each other, and I’m glad I get to be a part of it.”
