24/7 Service and Support
As always, we are a 24/7 service, and this will never change. We are still answering calls at the same capacity—more, actually—that we always have. We know that this around the clock service is vital to your business and it will not be compromised in any way due to the outbreak.
Remoting and Social Distance
We are fortunate enough to be able to move our entire staff remotely if need be. Due to the way FuneralCall uses VOIP to answer your lines, it has been a simple and seamless transition to move our receptionists off-site for the time being. For those still in-house, we are spreading our receptionists across our call studio so that no one is closer than 6-10 feet to comply with the government recommendations for social distancing.
Healthy Environment, Healthy Employees
We have also sent all non-essential personnel to work remotely from home. This helps us limit the number of people coming into the building on any given day. By reducing our foot traffic and having our administrative staff work from home, we are hoping to reduce the amount of exposure and spread of COVID-19 within our company. The safety of our employees is top priority.
