New client web portal and mobile app launched on October 12th!

We're excited to announce that we've been hard at work tweaking our client portal and mobile app, and we think you're going to like what you see! The two interfaces are more user friendly, and are cohesive with our newly designed website.

The On Call Personnel, Messages/Call Monitoring, and Contact Us portions will look exactly the same.

The Service Arrangements portal has been updated to include the following:

  • More user-friendly interface
  • Fully customizable for our programming team
  • New sleek, modern design

FuneralCall Mobile App

Not only have we moved the app to a more reliable platform, we've completely redesigned it to be more user-friendly and visually pleasing. Your current login and password will work with the new app. If you have never downloaded the app, our Programming team must first sync the app with your FuneralCall account. API Reset

If you use a software that integrates with our system, we will need to re-connect the API for your obituary services following the update. Please contact us so we can contact your service provider to reset this API integration.
